Friends of the University of Chicago gathered at the Center in Paris to watch a webstream of the ribbon cutting for the new Center in Delhi live from India. In India, UChicago President Robert J. Zimmer was joined by The Honorable Nancy Powell, US Ambassador to India and other guests to officially open the new Center.
