The University of Chicago Delhi Center, in collaboration with the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Center, proudly presents a distinguished panel discussion on "Obstacles to India’s Emergence as a Global Arbitration Hub" as part of the Delhi Arbitration Week. We are honored to have the esteemed Hon’ble Mr. Justice Navin Chawla presiding over the event.
