Supporting Our Youth: Mental Well-Being in South Asia Workshop

The UChicago Center in Delhi will host a multi-day workshop focused on the ongoing global mental health crisis and its particular impact on youth in South Asia. This workshop aims to expand the understanding of adolescent mental health needs in South Asia, by convening key experts from renowned mental health and public health institutions representing distinct regions in India and Bangladesh.  By bringing together interdisciplinary leaders across mental health and public health domains, this workshop will explore the unique cultural, environmental, and structural factors shaping mental health related concerns across different regions in South Asia.
